Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every item we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What We Accept

• Items in original unworn condition
• Items with a manufacturing defect or print error - covered at no cost to you
• Wrong size or color received - we exchange or refund immediately

What We Cannot Accept

• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Returns after 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@scrublifeco.com with your order number and reason
2. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship back using a trackable method
4. Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of receipt

Defective or Incorrect Items

Email us a photo at support@scrublifeco.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice, no return required.
