Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $4.89 on all orders under $75
• Free shipping on all orders $75 and over, automatically applied at checkout

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier or location.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order shows delivered but has not arrived, wait 48 hours then contact us at support@scrublifeco.com and we will make it right.
